Yes you can, but you have to qualify and score the required marks and the cut-off for this college.

Yes. For NITs, you need to appear in JEE Mains and target marks more than 170 + to get mechanical in a good NIT and for IITs, you need to take JEE advance and try to score below 4000 rank to get a reputed IIT.
