Yes, you are eligible for BCA, as in BCA you only have to develop computer applications that only needs coding, but you can't get Government College with this score.

Getting BCA will not be sufficient for you. Good college also plays an important role in your further career. So may be you get BCA in any pvt. college but it's placement record should be checked once.
