Of course, you can. There are certain things which you might have to keep in mind in case you plan to continue them both simultaneously. The Council of the Institute, under Regulation 65 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 has permitted Articled Assistants to pursue, with prior permission of the ICAI, only one course concurrently with CA subject to the requirement that the schools being attended for such allowed courses do not overlap with the Principal's office hours. Therefore, if you plan to go for a regular simultaneous course, be sure to have the classes of one the courses in the evening and the other in the morning. It will be an addition to your value and career prospects. There is no harm in it if you want to go for it. I hope this helps. Just don't let one of them affect adversely the other.

I am not 100% sure about it that while pursuing BBA LLB one can pursue CA as well, but by seeing both the course's structure and way of completion is quite different like in CA one needs to go coaching for clearing 2 competitive exams and then other things and then you get the certificate whereas in BBA LLB, you need to spend 3-years in college or university and after completion you get the certificate. This difference of structure states that one can easily pursue it and I have "heard" about this from the people that both the courses can be pursued simultaneously but from my side pursuing both the courses simultaneously is like riding two bikes simultaneously and by doing this, one cannot excel in both the courses. It is because your focus will be on two rather than one and at one set of time one has to study that or this, even you need to share the timings for both of them. Where most of the people like you go for BBA LLB first and then CA to tackle the focus and time sharing. So, my advice would be to go for one course as your career among both of them. Choose according to your interest in either of them where you can excel well and have a great career ahead. Hope you got the point.

CA, although, can be a good choice, however, the context of the syllabus is quite different from that of law. If we now consider the fact that you want to primarily be a CA and then pursue a degree that is related to law and that you would like to practice in the field of corporate law and tax law as a Chartered Accountant. If that is true, I would suggest that you should go for LLB as an additional degree because a CA cannot represent his client before the High Court or Supreme Court. So, in case you grow in your profession and would want to litigate before these courts, you would need a membership of Bar Council for which an LLB degree is a pre-requisite. Therefore, in my opinion, CA+LL.B will be a highly recommended combination of qualifications for a brighter future and wider opportunities.
