Yes, you can do chemical engineering through different college located in different places of India but firstly you are not eligible for exam right now you should prepare for IIT exams 2 year and after completing your 12th, you can able to give the JEE entrance exam. Yes, you can. You can do Diploma in any of the streams as per your interest. Eligibility Criteria for taking admission is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10th, subject to qualifying entrance exam. Some institutes give direct admission to students on the basis of their marks in 10th.
