You are not eligible to seek admission in B.Tech CSE unless you have PCM in 10+2 stage. You are eligible to seek admission in BCA to become a software engineer.

You can't be able to pursue computer engineering, but you can opt for the BCA in that. You can become equivalent to computer engineer.

No, you can not do engineering with merely on the basis if IP and maths, you need to study physics, chemistry as well. You should have at least 60% in 12th (PCM). Top colleges/ universities are: IITs, IIITs, NITs, DTU, BITS College of Engineering Pune Lovely Professional University Hindustan Institute of Engineering Technology Chennai, Vellore Institute of Technology P. S. G. No, you are not eligible unless you have passed your 12th with PCM category. But you can pursue BCA after doing 12th with commerce.

Same as here what others said is true. You should have PCM, otherwise, by taking commerce you can do BCA.
