Yes, you can pursue BCA after completing class 12th in commerce.

You can do BCA where you'll learn some coding languages but you can't do B.Tech in CS.

Yes, you can opt for BCA, as in BCA you only have to develop computer applications that only needs coding.

I think B.Sc or B.Tech in CS is not possible with this background. You can go for BCA. But remember you won't be eligible for MCA unless you study Maths as a compulsory subject in your BCA curriculum. Otherwise further you can opt for MBA (Information Technology).
