The minimum qualification to study a degree is 12th. The college which you have mentioned is offering only degree course only, so there are a couple of options which you can opt: 1) Complete your 12th standard by becoming an external candidate. 2) Go for your 11th again and waste your time. 3) Go for a Diploma course in fashion designing. I strongly recommend you giving your 12th standard as an external candidate and thus saving your time and the getting into a degree course because degree matters more than Diploma.
