No, after BA you cannot get into M.Com. You can go for MA.

No, M.Com is open for commerce students. So, being a BA student you can't pursue M.Com as your post-graduation course.

M.Com can be done only by those candidates who have opted for commerce in UG. M.Com is a 2-year post-graduate degree which focuses on commerce, accounting, management and economics related subjects. The course mainly includes thesis based components and there may be some research-based elements included. The minimum eligibility criterion required for M.Com is having a Bachelors in Commerce with a minimum of 50% marks.
