The eligibility criteria according to ICAR is a Bachelor's degree in agriculture or horticulture or forestry. Therefore, B.Sc in the subject mentioned by you is not eligible. If you are keen to enter into agriculture field then you can do M.Sc in biotech, biochemistry, genetics and agricultural biochemistry. These make you eligible for JRF positions in agricultural projects.
