Yes. You can do M.Sc. Microbiology after B.Sc. Zoology, all you need is 60% aggregate in B.Sc. But it will difficult for you because you won't know the basics of microbiology, so you will have to work hard for M.Sc. Microbiology.

No, absolutely not. Zoology and Microbiology are both different things. So, you can not do that. If you have done your B.Sc from zoology then, you can only do M.Sc from zoology only.
