The minimum qualification for admission to this course is BE or B.Tech with at least 50% (60% for IITs) marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA from a recognised university and a minimum of 60% in class 10th and 12th. The preferred undergraduate courses, for admission to M.Tech Aerospace Engineering are B.Tech/BE in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Avionics/ CSE/ ECE/ Mech/ EEE/ EIE. So, you can pursue it just check the norms of the respective university and work accordingly.

The preferred undergraduate courses, for admission to M.Tech Aerospace Engineering are B.Tech/B.E in Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Avionics/ CSE/ ECE/ Mech/ EEE/ EIE. IITs provide this course with four specialisations and the eligibility criterion for each of the specialisation is different. These four specialisations are: Aerodynamics: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering with valid score in GATE (explained in admission process) in ME/CE. Dynamics and Control: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering with valid GATE scores in ME/EE/EC/IN. Aerospace Propulsion: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with valid GATE scores in ME. Aerospace Structure: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering with valid GATE scores in ME/CE.
