You can do M.Tech in robotics but that depends on your interest. Being from CSE background is a plus point for you. It requires knowledge of both software and hardware. Since robotics is a specialised field it requires passion, patience and hard work. If Robotics is your passion then go for it. But choose a good college as many universities don't offer an engineering degree in robotics.
