Yes, HR is rewarding career. For your age you have a very high scope of growth as well if you manage to do it from a top Institute like IIM Calcutta. Regarding the possibility, it totally depends on your caliber and capabilities to excel in this domain by understanding each and every aspect and learn them during your time at IIM.
