Yes, you are eligible for MCA after completing BBA. MCA is a post graduation degree course of two years duration having four semesters. The candidates having completed graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks are eligible to apply for MCA course. Apart from this, the candidate should have mathematics at 10+2 level or in graduation. There is no age limit for application for MCA course. As you are a graduate in business administration, you can apply for MCA. Some reputed institutions conduct entrance exam for admission to MCA.

bba then mca is not a taste because bba is management nd mca is technical IT related if u can bca then go for mca is good otherwise not value in my advice bba then mba is better management line so u can plan for other option I will advise for u otherwise u can take a risk in market. Yes you can go for MCA there is need to have maths at 12th level , you only need to have minimum 50 percent marks in graduation , and maths only at 12th level
