PG in any field requires the graduation level basics of the same field. It is tough to do P. G in any other foreign language after BA English, but possible if you labour hard. It is better to prepare for studying in J. N. U. after 12 th having passed the entrance. It will cost less to your pocket, you will get best faculties & infrastructure in India. Many students prepare for civil services living in the hostel of J. N. U. Although if you have already passed Graduation and determined to do P. G. In foreign language without having earlier background then it would be difficult but any task done whole heartedly makes things easier for you.
