Dear, Yes, you are eligible because as per the eligibility criteria, one should have a Master's degree in relevant stream with a minimum of 55-60% ( percentage bar could vary from university to university). And you have to take a test and face an interview in respect to the university admission process. You need to take the same for the particular University in which you want to apply. All the best.
