It's not allowed. Any degree course requires you to submit your documents, most importantly, migration certificate. Even if you manage, will you be carrying those two degree courses In your CV together? It would be evident to the interviewer that one of them has been obtained through a manner that's not prescribed thereof. There are other alternatives: 1. Go for An integrated course thus save yourself time. 2. Do a diploma/certificate course simultaneously instead of degree if expanding your horizon is your aim. 3. Do a professional course like Company Secretary/ CA along with your degree. It is allowed as mostly it is done through distance learning.
