Yes, you can start preparing for next year CAT exam. You can start practicing problems on basics. You should have clarity on the concepts. You need to brush up your basics. You need to practice regularly and revise the formula, vocabulary and grammar rules. Section wise/ Mock tests: Initially take section wise (QA, VA, DI/LR) tests, as you keep on improving go for full length tests. Along with taking the mocks, you should develop the patience to sit in front of the computer screen for 3 hours without hampering the focus and concentration. Regular mock tests will prepare you for the 3 hour test. Develop a strategy how to divide your time and which section you will start with. Start with your strong area.
