No you can't study there because for that you need to qualify JEE Mains and then Advanced. Try other private colleges. Only way to do B.Tech CSE at IIT Kharagpur is to crack JEE Mains and JEE Advanced examination. You may try your luck next time if you want to do B.Tech CSE in IIT Kharagpur only, else you can seek admission in some other prestigious engineering college.
