Maths in +2 stage is mandatory in most of universities for BCA. IGNOU allows admission in BCA without Maths but students have to take Make-up paper in Mathematics.

Even I.P. University is also giving chance to non maths background students but you need to study maths as a subject in BCA for 2 years and trust me it's not at all tough it's upto 12th level only.

Yes, you can pursue BCA even without Maths in you PUC, but remember that you have to study maths in your BCA, as mathematics is a very important subject in software field.
