There is nothing like direct, it is always merit based or entrance based, you can look out for management quota.

Yes, you can get direct admission in any private college as there are many colleges who give direct admission in their college but take a big amount as a donation. You will get admission but on the basis of money. The best option if you don't want to give a donation is that you can take a drop and prepare for the entrance exam. Good luck.

Yes, you can apply for direct admission in private colleges, not in NITs or any government colleges. There's a huge chance that you have to pay a good amount of money depending upon colleges.
