Yes, you can go for MBA in any specialization of your interest after B.Sc. MBA education is general and is comparatively easier than UG education. Yes, it is beneficial if you have some prior knowledge of finance and accounts for Finance, but it is not the case with every specialization. You will be easily able tackle the MBA education.

There is no special benefit and it is worth to do MBA only if you do it from an institute which has 100% placements and can give ROI within 2 years. Being a biotech graduate you may get preference in pharma and biotech companies during campus placements after completing your MBA.
