No, you will not be able to pursue M.Tech in Environmental engineering after B.Sc. As the minimum criteria to pursue M.Tech is a B.Tech or B.E or an equivalent course. M.Sc. And MCA is equivalent to B.Tech and not a B.Sc. Degree. You will not be able to pursue M.Tech with a B.Sc. Degree. Admissions in most M.Tech courses are via GATE exams. No, you need to do your M.Sc. Also, since its is a 12+4 criteria to oursue M.Tech and apart form this you also need to have that level of string technical base which is not possible to build only through B.Sc.
