IRMA exam or popularly known as ISC or Issues of Social Concern tests the candidate's knowledge about the existing as well as proposed government schemes for rural India. After this, the students called for the interview have to undergo a group task (generally a prioritization task in which the group has to come to a consensus), case study presentation (for which 10 min are given to read the case and 2 min to each candidate for presentation), and a final personal interview to complete the icing on the cake! The weightage changes every year but the approximate weight ages are given below CAT/XAT score: 40% ISC Test: 10% Group Task: 15% Case Study Presentation: 15% Personal Interview: 20% Also, reservation for OBS is 27.5% as laid down by Government of India Best of luck
