In Mumbai University, most of the courses are offered in University campus department only. You may do it from Department of Psychology, University of Mumbai. You may also do it from SNDT Women's University.

If your question was about studying Psychological Counseling without any prior experience, then yes, you can. There are some really good colleges which offer Counseling Psychology at both Bachelors and Masters Level. You can be an undergraduate from any stream and switch to a Masters in Counseling Psychology. -Hyderabad Academy of Psychology (HAP) & Banjara Academy offer certificate courses that enable you to get into professional Counseling. -Montfort College, Bangalore (Affiliated to Martin Luther Christian University) offers a full time Masters in Counseling Psychology and you do not need to have any previous psychology experience. It offers a PG Diploma in counseling as well.
