Further any university in which you are willing to apply will have section of financial aid in their website. Mostly, scholarship is decided upon the complete academic profile of the applicant so it's a subjective consideration we can say. Yet, universities around globe reward good scholarships to meritorious students and in similar accord the applications to German universities are more in number.
