Thapar University has a reputation for attracting a lot of companies including the core companies who are looking forward to readily recruit students from the college for international as well as domestic location. Although, a college cannot guarantee you foreign placements as it is totally dependent on the company and varies on many internal factors like job vacancy at the desired location, projects ongoing at your desired location and your personal preference. A good number of MNCs come to recruit students from Thapar University as the acceptance rate in the college is really low because of which the student quality is really high and so every company readily wants to recruit students from this college. Therefore, I would recommend that you should take admission in this college as college performs very well in terms of placement and would provide you with an average placement of around 7 LPA be it domestic or international placement.
