If you are having above 60% in your 12th board exams then the entrance test is exempted else, you have to give LPU-NEST.

No, it is not important to give LPUNEST. If your grades are good then you can directly get admission.

In case marks scored in graduation are 60% or above, then LPUNEST will be exempted and the candidate may apply for admission. But if you want scholarship then you are required to appear in the test. For syllabus go through-> ww.lpu.in->lpunest->Dietetics and Nutrition-> information->syllabus.

You haven't mentioned your B.Sc score because that will ultimately decide your entry. Well, the prime eligibility for M.Sc in nutrition and dietetics in LPU is a minimum of 50% score in your graduation (B.Sc nutrition and dietetics or B.Sc home science or maybe biosciences, etc.). Now, if you have got 60% or more then congrats. You need not appear for LPUNEST. You will get a direct entry. But if your score ranges between 50-60% then LPUNEST will be compulsory for you.
