Personality development sessions are held in the form of guest lectures. Also during in 3rd and 4th semester, life skills sessions would be conducted to groom you personality.

This is done through guest lectures and ECA activities like GD's, debates etc,and if you feel that in-spite of these if your child still lacks confidence and does not have a good personality then please join him for extra Personality development course in the best institute available in your area or somewhere else if very essential because great associations look for percentage + confidence.
