The difference between in PGDM and MBA is that in PGDM, you will get diploma in favour of the chosen subject which is of one year but in MBA, you will get a degree of Masters in that particular subject. It shows that you have done Masters in this subject which will help you in your career and also to get job and in any good company. As I prefer you to do MBA. And MBA is better. And for distance MBA in HRM from IIBMS, you can directly enquire it from college itself so that you will get the clear answers about your query.
