Both the institutes have their merits. However if you are sure about opting HR, SCMHRD would be a better prospect with respect to course content and placements. SCMHRD is anyday better than SIBM for HR profile. Freshers have good scope in HR and lot of good companies look at freshers during hiring. You should just have good profile and marks throughout and a good performance in college - the scope is very high then.
