No, it is not at all necessary to have Bachelors degree from BITS only. It just requires a Bachelor from some recognized university. All the best.

There is no such rule in BITS Pilani that you need to have a Bachelor degree from here only for doing Masters. The eligibility criteria for getting admission in ME civil engineering (with different specializations such as infrastructure engineering and management, structural engineering, transportation engineering) is having a BE/B.Tech degree in civil engineering with aggregate percentage of 60% and above. For admission, BITS conducts its own higher degree entrance examination (online) which you need to clear for getting a call.

No, it is not mandatory to have a degree from BITS only. You can be from any college in India.
