Tamil Nadu Agricultural University is one of the high rated deemed universities for agricultural studies in India. Though the university is specially made for agricultural purposes, it produces the most skilled farmers and employees for the corporate world which can make their career in agriculture-related fields. Apart from the placements, there are many options such as setting up their own equipment, fertilisers and motor corporation. The placement offered by the university has a nice scenario and attracting many of the global corporates for the recruitment. The highest placement from the recent placement drive is 22 LPA and the average being 8 LPA. Apart from the placement, the university also offers a lot of field applications in the farms and held many workshops to aware the students about various modern technologies. Thank you. B.Tech in Agricultural Information Technology initially offered as 3-year degree from 1920 till 1959 was changed into a 4-year program since 1960 being offered in 4 constituent campuses.
