Greetings from Shiksha. Chemical Engineering is very good and is among the core branch of Engineering. IIT Madras is at the top among all the IITs. Talking about the placements of Chemical Engineering at IIT Madras is, almost 100% ratio is seen every year. The average package of Chemical Engineering at IIT Madras is around Rs 9 to Rs 11 lakhs per annum . Many Multinational Companies visit here and offers the good packages to Chemical Engineers.
