IIT Bombay is the most vibrant campus and the cream of the best minds of India. So, every graduate from IIT Bombay will definitely have a quality within. Though many students from non-IIT institutions are working as well as the IIT undergrads but IIT gives the students a security of good job and a better future scope in return for the high end preparations during JEE. When it comes to academics, the civil department of IIT Bombay has an application oriented and very cooperative placement sessions. The average placement from the civil Branch is around 16 lakhs per annum ranging from 12 lakhs to the highest of 40 lakhs per annum in various global and national corporates. Although, many civil students go working in various non-construction, still, it has better prospective. Hope it helped. Thank you.
