KIIT College of Engineering is a well-known college of Bhuvaneshwar and is known for its academics. The courses provided by the college in B.Tech are:- 1-Computer science engineering 2-Civil engineering 3-Mechanical engineering 4-Electronics and electrical engineering Many companies visit the campus for placements for the stream of civil engineering (except mechanical and electronics and electrical engineering). The companies that visit the campus are Sahara group, Future group, DLF, Alchemist, etc. The salary package is usually same for all the streams that is about 3-5 Lakhs PA that is the lowest of all and the highest salary package that was provided to the students was about 27-28 Lakhs

KIIT School of Technology is the engineering wing of KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, India. It was established in 1997. According to their latest report, the institute claims that over 85% of the overall batch has been placed successfully. There were 11 companied that offered CTC of Rs. 10 lakh or higher. The highest CTC of Rs. 26.80 lakh was offered by Directi. The average CTC so far has been Rs. 5.00 lakh. Some of the companies which visited them were: 1) Accenture (Top Recruiter) 2) Cognizant 3) Wipro 4) IBM 5) Infosys 6) iNautix. The institute claims that core companies like Shapoorji & Pallonji, Isuzu, JMC Projects, Tata Housing, Simplex Infrastructure, Global Archer, S M Consultants, Adani Portsl too visited their campus.
