The placements of this college is quite good and the highest pack of this branch is 45 Lacs per annum, plus perks and some good companies like TCS, Wipro and Tencent visits this campus.

NIT-Durgapur comes in the category of top 10 NITs in India and having a plus point as it is run and funded by the government. It has a very nice placement and academic faculties in India for CSE though it needs just about 200 to 210 numbers in JEE Mains to get into its CSE but if the person is getting CSE in NIT-Durgapur then he or she should definitely go for it except for the case that h/she is getting better than NIT. Due to some students and the faculty members of the college, it is constantly giving good results from past few years and has recently progressed in its CSE department. The average placement of CSE from the institution is around 8 lakhs per annum where you can find many companies visiting it. The average placement of this year;s recruitment drive is 21 lakh by Adobe. Stay focused during your college and follow the curricullum well. Also, take part in as much as competitive coding competitions as you can. I hope it will help you.
