The strength of food engineering in ICT per batch is 17/18. Out of 17/18 students more than half of the batch usually applies for Masters in foreign countries. So, the actual number of students who seats for placement is hardly 6 to 7. So, getting handsome job offer from reputed company in food engineering is not a big problem. According to my experience, placement scenario for food engineering is more than good.
