Computer science engineering is very good Branch of Engineering of today. It stands first when it comes to the talk of Placements with good amount of packages. Chandigarh University is good University in India and well know for quality education and Placements. The placements at Chandigarh University of computer science engineering are really very good. The placement ratio is almost 90% placement. The average package is around 7-8 LPA. CSE is amongst evergreen fields, the placements in this branch will increase with good amount of packages. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, L&T, Wipro, etc. take students from here. This all credit goes to Training and Placement Cell Department of Chandigarh University. So it is really good to do computer science engineering from a reputed institute or university if someone is really interested in this. So the placement ratio at Chandigarh University is almost 90 %. And many generation of jobs for this Branch will be seen in future because of establishment of Many IT companies in India.

Chandigarh University is the best university which aims at providing quality education as well as employment to each and every student. The placement record for 2016 passing-out batch itself got impressive with worlds top MNCs from diversified domains of engineering like Microsoft, Google, Hewlett-Packard, Polaris, Adobe, Infosys, Amazon, Dell, and Adani offered the best packages to the engineering students. Total 185 corporate company visited CU for placement session 2016. Amazon offered a record salary package of 22.5 LPA to the CSE students. 36 MNCs offered pay package of more than 5 LPA. The average salary package for students of 2016 passing-out batch is Rs. 5 LPA. Most of the students have three to four offer letters in hand and some even have 7-8 offers then you can decide which one is best for you. In CU, there are nearly 8 students who got 9+ LPA nearly 50 who got between 5 and 9 LPA and the rest of them are between 3 -5 LPA.
