Jadavpur University Kolkata is best in terms of placement and have been ranked among the top 600 colleges of the world. Placement for CSE branch is excellent .I will place it to the top in the list of state Universities. Highlights of the latest placement: Total no of students registered for placement drive:48 Total number of students got placed:47 No of offers:60 Double offers:10 No of triple offer:2 Tetra offer:1 Highest salary offered was 39 lakhs per annum and lowest package was 3.2lpa.Average package for CSE was 14.69 lpa. Companies likes Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Samsung, Adobe ,work application Singapore, SAP Labs, Oracle, c Dots, Reliance, My sigma, etc. visited the campus. Samsung offers 16 lakhs, Adobe offerd 22 lacs, Microsoft 23 LPA and Amazon offered 30 lpa. Many students got internship in Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft and Samsung. So, placement is really very good there and is increasing day by day.
