Ramaiah Institute of Technology, formerly M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, is an autonomous private engineering college located in Bangalore, Karnataka. As of March 2017, the institute claims to have placed 95% of the overall students across all branches with an average package of 7 lakhs and Highest package of more than 30 lakhs. MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology is among the top 3 private colleges in Bangalore which come under ComedK authority. The college has a reputation for excellence in placements and the actively working training and placement cell of the college has managed to attract a large number of core companies to the college during the placement season. Some of the honourable mentions among those companies are: 8-12 LPA (package) like Oracle Mysql, LinkedIn (12 LPA), Walmart (14 LPA offering), Sprinkler (8 LPA) and many more. What's more to expect is that the highest placement package offered to M.Tech students this year is above 40 LPA while the total batch placement percentage was around 95%. Needless to say that if one is considering MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology as his or her option for getting admission for an M.Tech in computer science the answer is a sure shot yes by my side.
