The placement in RV College of Engineering is good enough. A good number of organisations visit the college to recruit the graduates. The overall placements statistics since the past three years is around 85% excluding the students interested in higher education. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA with the highest package of 16.5 LPA. The number of students who got placed from the 2015-2016 batch were 109. Around 202 companies have visited and offer made were around 1128. Infosys, Fidelity, Hyundai, ITC, Infotech, Flipkart internet Pvt Ltd., PWC, Reliance Industries, KPMG, L&T ECC, Asian Paints, Earnest and Young, Zolo, etc. In order to boost the confidence of the students during the selection process, mechanical department also provides pre-placement training sessions in the areas of resume writing, group discussions, HR interview preparation and personality development.
