Associate Diploma in Cyber Security is a foundation programme of 1 year duration from CSSRL, which you can pursue after class 12th. It will cover various domains of Cyber Security including ethical hacking. Programming skills are not mandatory for it.

There are various academic programs Diploma and Certificate that AIMS at training students on ethical hacking. On the other hand, there are many self-taught ethical hackers too.
