The most common track to be coming a math teachers earning a Bachelor's degree in mathematics supplemented by teacher preparation. You need to be a graduate and do your B.Ed with Maths, as one of your method subjects. To teach in schools, you must clear CTET exam. If you clear both the papers then you are eligible to teach till secondary level. After completing M.Sc. In Maths, you can teach in senior secondary classes. You can also clear NET/ SLET exam to teach in college level.
