Principal leads the school which is good in all aspect of education and nature wise. Qualification needed for school principal: 1. Teacher must completed their Masters course in the specified field. Must completed M.Ed course with at least 60% marks. 2. Experience of Teaching:- For becoming school principal Candidate must have teaching experience of more than 5 year in recognized school or college for teacher intermediate or higher class. 3. Leadership:- Candidate must have quality to lead a group, By taking part in various activities in school program and tours. Must having decision making quality. 4. Candidate must have fluency in English language. Must have patience and full of confidence.

School principal is the manager and administrator of School and is responsible to make sure that the school runs effectively. School principal is in charge of staffing, day to day running of schools and its management and accountable for students learning, safety and wellbeing. In India, School Principal profile job requires following qualifications: (a) Bachelor or post graduate degree with B.Ed or higher educational qualifications. (b) Teaching experience of five year and above. (c) School administration experience as Vice Principal or equivalent post. In Government schools, Assistant Education Officers in Central/State Government/Autonomous organisations of Central/State Government are also eligible to become School Principal. (d) In addition, some schools may have age and sex related requirement to be a School Principal.
