It is very difficult to get admitted in Engineering after completing Arts in India. However, you can go for BCA is you have good mathematical aptitude. Post BCA you must pursue MCA to strengthen your profile as a software engineer. If some private college offers engineering admission to you even though you don't have suitable background for engineering, DO NOT go for it. There are colleges who will offer admission to anyone. Don't fall in their trap. Your background is not ideal for engineering right now. Take the right path and go for BCA.
