Based on what skills, expertise, experience and appearance does the aspiring video jockey wants to claim the job? Answer by assuming that the person is having some substantial education like graduation or something which makes him or her a literate person. I shall not recommend the observation that even an illiterate person can become an VJ. So proper education, excellent language skills in the targeted or demanded language, fluency in speaking, sense of humor and courtesy, improvisation in the live speech, no fear of stage or acting along with an impressive and pleasant personality.
