If you are preparing it for last two years, one year or 6 months or even you have studied well for boards then you have a chance to get a place among the toppers by following few tips mentioned below. These tips consist of the outcomes of the students who commit the major mistakes in the exams and perform well in their tests. Number one, don't try to revise the whole chapter as it will simply consume your time and you will be left with nothing at the end. Focus more on concepts rather than books and practise sheets quantity. Be confident about your preparations and don't get demotivated as someone in your institute will pretend to be intelligent but believe in yourself. Practising the previous year's questions is the mandatory part. If you want to get all the fundamental and theory knowledge, you can prepare and practise questions from the questions asked in 2005. At last, take a healthy diet, don't expose yourself much to the outer world till the exams and try to remain safe if possible at the home because our one mistake can ruin our hard work. Thank you and best of luck.

IIT JEE is one of the most difficult entrance exams in India for admission to the top engineering institutes in the country the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Every year around 15 lakh students appear for JEE Main. Around 2 lakh aspirants are selected to appear for JEE Advanced. There are around 11,000 seats in 23 IITs that are filled through JEE Advanced. IIT JEE is thus the most competitive exam in India. Cracking the JEE Advanced needs one to have a very well-structured study strategy. It demands the students to be academically strong as well as have other skills like analytical skills, time management, exam taking strategy, and situational intelligence. For Physics:- 1. Learn formulas thoroughly: As you study physics, note down all the formulas and remember them by heart. 2. Learn derivation of the formulas: Learning the derivation of the formulas helps in memorizing and understanding them better. 3. Concentrate on scoring topics: Once your basic concepts are cleared, concentrate on the scoring topics like Mechanics. Pay extra attention to Thermodynamics as it is common to Physics and Chemistry. 4. Diligent practice: Solving JEE Main practice papers regularly is a must. Practice only when you are not stressed. For Chemistry:- 1. Improve your concentration and application skills: In Inorganic Chemistry, concentrate mostly on the concepts, the processes, and their applications. 2. Study with patience and attention: Be careful and patient while studying Organic Chemistry. 3. Practice reactions: Practice the most important topics, equations, mechanisms, and related problems regularly. 4. Regular revision: Chemistry seems to be confusing to many students. Regular revision of chemistry is a must for better retention. For Mathematics:- 1. Conceptual clarity: Clear the basic concepts of all the chapters. Maths is full of formulas. In order to remember them by heart, understand and practice the derivations of the formulas regularly. 2. Take mock tests: Taking full-length mock tests help in improving your speed and accuracy. It helps to build stamina. 3. Solve practice questions: Solving JEE Advanced practice papers after completing every chapter is a must. 4. Solve previous years question papers: Practicing from previous years question papers is a must when you are preparing for IIT JEE Maths.
