You can easily crack MUOET in three months even if you are not preparing for any engineering entrance exam. The level of MUOET is not that high but competition is everywhere. You need to make proper time table. MUOET generally ask conceptual Questions. The mathematics part is generally easy and scoring as well. If you have studied well for board exams, then it will be quite easy for you. Points you should know while preparing for MUOET: 1. You should spend 5 hours in mathematics, 4 hours in physics and 3 hours in chemistry. 2. Prefer NCERT books for chemistry and physics (chemistry is must). 3. Stick with the basics as MUOET tests your command over the chapters. For physics, you may prefer HC Verma (both volumes). RD Sharma objective is enough for maths. 4. Apart from all these, you should solve previous year’s papers. This will give you an idea about the quality of Questions asked as well as paper pattern. Solve a lot of mock papers too. I hope it helped. :) Thanks.

If you are considering three months for MUOET then don't worry because a series of arranged practise and sequential learning of topics will easily get you to your desired destination. First, practise the topics extensively about which you have a good knowldege. Sometimes questions asked in MUOET are tougher even than JEE Mains but don't worry because the same is reflected in the cut-off marks. Next thing, try to solve questions from all the subjects daily. At least give 2 hours to each subject and though you are left with three months, try to solve your doubts by your own. English in the paper constitutes a major part, hence should also be focused. One can borrow an 8th or 9th standard grammar book and study as well as practise models and parts of speech, articles and tenses from that. Calculus, 2 D geometry and vector analysis from maths. Optics, motion in 1D 2D, heat and capacitance, rotational and circular motion, SHM and ac dc circuits in physics. In chemistry, p, d and s blocks, thermodynamics, mole concept and organic part. The above-mentioned topics contain a huge portion of the paper so cover it on priority. Thank you. Hope it helped.

Manipal University conducts its own online entrance exam to offer admissions to candidates in the programmes. Candidates can secure admissions in courses provided at Manipal University on the basis of their rank/score in Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU-OET). Officials share that AIEEE/JEE or any other entrance exam scores will not be valid for Manipal University admissions. The level of this exam is not as tough as JEE Mains exam. Therefore, one needs more helpful tips to crack MUOET exam in three months: 1. Check out the previous years question papers and start with understanding the type of questions which appear frequently every year. 2. Download the syllabus and study it carefully. To crack MUOET in three months, you should have complete knowledge of these numbers that are coming in the MUOET exam. 3. Take a number of online tests to assess the speed at which you can solve problems or give priority to time over all the other allied factors. 4. For PCM specific areas, concentrate and focus on a few key areas of Physics and Chemistry and Maths which are going to maximize your returns and go for the rest of topics only if you have some time left after you have completed all these topics. Some of the topics are as follows: Physics: Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electrostatics and electromagnetism. Chemistry: Try and go for a ride with NCERT for inorganic chemistry. Getting the basics right for iconic equilibrium, chemical equilibrium and gas laws might come in handy for physical chemistry. If you're comfortable with organic chemistry, go for a quick revision, else skip it. Mathematics: You are likely to get almost 50% of the paper from integral calculus, differential calculus, coordinate geometry and complex number and make sure that you know their basics very well. 5. You should also have the complete knowledge of the exam pattern. I would suggest you to attempt and practice as many questions possible. Going subject-wise, chemistry part of MUOET is almost theoretical and direct. So, be thorough with the basics and facts of inorganic and organic. It is easy to score. Physics has mostly conceptual questions or simple numericals. Practice such questions from MUOET book or similar book with past year questions of Mains and other state board exams. For Maths, you will need speed as well as accuracy. It only comes from practice. The level of questions isn't very difficult. Attempt the previous years questions for practice. Hope it helps.

To start with, you need to touch up on your formulae (applies to all Physic, Chemistry, Maths) and be super quick at their application. English is extremely easy and doesn't really need attention. As for Physics and Chemistry, the theory can be helpful to quite an extent (especially in chapters like Inorganic Chemistry or the theoretical portions in Physics). The paper is as tough as JEE Mains but poses a time challenge. It's very important to correctly answer 150 questions to get a branch of your choice, in MIT Manipal. A score of 120 would secure a seat in the main campus as well. In the first round of solving the paper, it's best to try and crack 150170 questions (going forward in case you don't get something), and based on the time left, make calculated guesses with the rest, in the second or third round of solving. More than one attempts are allowed, and it is very important to use this opportunity to the fullest. Hope this helps. Though the time period is different, the concept is the same.
