No, it is not possible, you have to move step by step as according to the rules set for the governing body.

No, just question yourself this. If it was possible to do B.Com/B.Sc/BA in a year, then why would people choose to do it in 3 years? No one can do a graduation degree in a year, no matter what your qualification is. You can pursue a course from the second year if you have a Diploma in the related field. Even then, you would complete it in 2 years.

You are not eligible for direct 3rd year, first you have to complete first year, then second year and then step by step, you have to pursue third year.
